1. About us

wispara.pro is operated by Wispara Motor Atelier Sdn Bhd (Co. Reg. No. 202301045792 (1525436-K)), an independent automotive workshop registered in Malaysia. By using the site you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please discontinue using the site.

2. The information on this site

We try to keep prices, lead times and service descriptions accurate, but the website is for general guidance. Any price you receive after an enquiry will be confirmed in a written estimate before work begins.

3. Bookings and quotes

A booking is a request, not a contract. Workshop visits are scheduled by mutual agreement, and a written estimate setting out parts, labour and lead time is issued for any job over RM 500. Work proceeds only after you confirm the estimate in writing or in our intake portal.

4. Customer obligations

You confirm that the vehicle is yours to authorise work on (or that you have written permission from the registered owner), that any after-market modifications have been disclosed, and that the vehicle has road-tax and insurance cover during transport to or from our premises.

5. Workshop terms

• The atelier is open from 09:00 until 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 until 17:00 on Saturday;
• Vehicles left at the workshop overnight are covered by our liability policy up to RM 500,000 per vehicle;
• Personal belongings are removed from the cabin before any work begins. Items not collected at handover are stored for thirty days.

6. Pricing & payment

Quotes are inclusive of statutory taxes unless explicitly stated. Workshop invoices are due on collection unless your account has agreed credit terms. We accept FPX, DuitNow, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfer.

7. Workmanship warranty

Our workmanship warranty is 18 months or 30,000 kilometres from the date of invoice, whichever is reached first. Parts carry the warranty published by the manufacturer. Modifications, neglect, accident damage or onward racing-circuit use are excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any single workshop visit is limited to the value of that invoice. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Intellectual property

All content on wispara.pro — text, images, the Wispara name and the wispara mark — is owned by us or used with permission. You may share short excerpts with credit; please ask before broader reuse.

10. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
