Return & refund policy

Effective from 1 January 2026. We treat refund requests the way we treat repair requests — quickly, in writing, and without small print.

1. Scope

This policy applies to workshop services and parts purchased through Wispara Motor Atelier Sdn Bhd, whether the booking was made by phone, by email or through wispara.pro.

2. Service deposits

For complex jobs we may request a deposit equal to the cost of the parts ordered for the work. If you cancel after the parts have been received, we refund the deposit less the cost of returning unused parts to the supplier — usually a small handling fee.

3. Cancellations before work begins

You can cancel a booking at any time before the workshop opens the car. If a deposit has not yet been paid, no charge applies. If a deposit has been paid and the parts have not yet shipped, the deposit is refunded in full within seven working days.

4. Cancellations after work begins

If you decide to halt work after we have started, you pay only for the labour incurred and for any parts that have already been opened or fitted. We will issue an itemised pro-forma invoice within three working days.

5. Workmanship-warranty claims

If a fault returns within our 18-month workmanship warranty, we put it right at no charge. If a like-for-like remedy is not possible we will offer either a full refund of the labour element or an alternative repair acceptable to you.

6. Parts returns

Unused parts may be returned within 14 calendar days in their original packaging, with the original invoice. Special-order parts (anything ordered against your VIN, paint mixed to your colour, performance items requiring deposit) are non-returnable.

7. Refund method

Refunds are issued via the original payment route — credit card refunds appear within 5 to 14 working days, FPX and DuitNow returns within 5 working days, bank transfers within 7 working days.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with the outcome of a refund decision, ask for it to be escalated to the workshop manager. We respond in writing within seven working days. If we cannot agree, you retain all rights under Malaysian consumer-protection law.

9. Contact

Refund requests are best sent by email to [email protected], with your invoice number and a brief description. We confirm receipt within one working day.
