2. The information we collect

We only ask for the information that is needed to respond to a service enquiry or to manage a workshop visit:

Identification details: full name, contact email and mobile number;
Vehicle details: registration mark, marque, model and mileage;
Service history that you choose to share with us;
Correspondence: the content of your message, our reply and any attachments;
Technical information collected automatically when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type and the pages you opened.

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a written estimate;
To run the workshop visit, including ordering the correct parts;
