The atelier

An independent home for cars that deserve a quieter conversation.

Founded in 2014 by four marque-trained technicians, Wispara has grown into the Klang Valley's most carefully chosen independent specialist for prestige, hybrid and exotic vehicles.

How we began

Built by people who used to wear the marque uniform

Our founders trained inside Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar Land Rover dealerships across Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. They opened Wispara because the speed of dealership service quotas was making it impossible to give each car the diagnostic time it deserved.

From a single rented bay in Petaling Jaya, the atelier now occupies a 12,000-square-foot facility with a downdraft paint cabin, a high-voltage EV bay, a supercar lift with corner-weight scales and a small but excellent in-house parts library.

Eleven years in, our team is still small by design — we would rather decline a booking than rush a car back onto the road.

What we believe

Three quiet principles, applied every day

Time is the most expensive part of a service

The hours we spend listening to a misfire, scoping an injector signal or photographing a chassis number are the hours that make a job last. We bill for them honestly, and never bill for them twice.

Original specification, every time

If the car left the factory with a particular oil viscosity, fastener torque or sealant compound — that is what we use. No "near enough" parts and no aftermarket compromises that you did not authorise.

Paperwork that lasts longer than the visit

Every job leaves with a digital health report, photo evidence of the failure, the part numbers fitted and torque records. When you sell the car, the new owner inherits a service history a buyer can actually verify.

The workshop

Twelve thousand square feet, planned around the car

The bays are laid out so a vehicle never has to be moved more than once during diagnosis. The paint cabin runs at a measured 28 °C with downdraft extraction. The EV bay is fenced, signed and equipped with insulated tools rated to 1,000 V.

  • Six general service bays with two-post and four-post lifts
  • One supercar bay with low-clearance scissor lift and corner scales
  • One climate-controlled paint refinishing cabin
  • One isolated EV bay with HV insulation matting
  • Hunter Hawkeye Elite alignment rig and Pico-based oscilloscope station
  • Bonded parts store with manufacturer-direct distribution accounts
