Air supply temperature, humidity and dust count are logged before the booth opens. The painter wears the same suit and respirator combination the marque body shop trains for.
Multi-stage finishes are applied wet-on-wet with timed flash-off windows. Clear coat goes on at a measured 65 µm and is baked at booth temperature.
The transition between new and existing paint is finished by compound and machine polish, then sealed with a ceramic primer for long-term gloss retention.
