No. Under the Block Exemption regulations applied in Malaysia, an independent workshop using the correct parts and following the marque's service schedule cannot invalidate a factory warranty. We document every job to the same standard a dealership would.
Yes. Our supercar bay is set up for low-clearance vehicles, lift-pad protection and corner-weight measurement. We carry the marque-specific software for these cars and order parts directly from authorised European distributors.
For a German prestige saloon a major service usually takes one full working day. EV battery diagnostics and paint refinishing run on a longer timeline — we always quote a calendar date in writing before work begins.
Yes. Within the Klang Valley collection is on covered transport at no charge. For Penang, Johor and the East Coast we coordinate covered transport at cost — usually arranged the same week.
We do. Our atelier care plan bundles two interim inspections, a major service and unlimited safety check-ins for a fixed annual fee. Speak with the service desk for a tailored quote.
Bank transfer (FPX, DuitNow), corporate invoice on 14-day terms for fleet customers, and major credit cards including American Express. We do not retain card details.
