Service detail

Brakes and suspension, set up the way the marque engineered them.

From a routine pad and disc renewal on a 5 Series to a full air-suspension reseal on a Range Rover, we approach the chassis as one connected system — never one corner at a time.

Brake rotor and caliper being serviced

What is included

  • Brake pad and disc renewal with marque-original or OE-equivalent friction material
  • Carbon-ceramic disc service for Porsche, Bentley, Ferrari and AMG applications
  • Caliper rebuild with stainless pistons, fresh seals and slider pins
  • Brake fluid renewal with electronic ABS bleed and moisture testing
  • Air-suspension strut reseal and bag renewal on Range Rover, Audi, Mercedes and Bentley platforms
  • Electronic damper coding (CDC, MagneRide, PASM, ARS, ABC)
  • Hunter Hawkeye Elite four-wheel alignment with corner-weight balancing
When to book

Signals worth a workshop visit

Pulsation through the brake pedal

Usually disc run-out from heat-cycled rotors. We measure run-out on the bench, refinish where possible and replace where measurement says we must.

One-corner ride height drop

Air-suspension reservoirs and bags are the typical culprit. We diagnose by leak-down test rather than by replacing the compressor first.

Steering wheel off-centre

Often a settled subframe bush or a recent kerb impact. A four-wheel alignment will surface the cause in under thirty minutes.

Crashy ride on uneven surfaces

Tired top mounts, worn anti-roll bar links or a leaking damper. Our scope check confirms which corner is responsible before any part is removed.

Geometry & alignment

Why we measure on a Hunter Hawkeye Elite

Most prestige cars left the factory with a specific ride-height window, a defined caster split and a corner-weight target. A standard alignment rig will only set toe and camber. The Hawkeye Elite measures all sixteen primary geometry parameters in under three minutes per axle, with photographic before/after reporting.

For track-focussed cars we go a step further with corner-weight balancing on calibrated scales — useful any time the suspension has been disturbed or the car has been raised or lowered.
