Why owners come to us
Range that drops faster than expected
Often a state-of-charge calibration drift rather than pack degradation. Our reporting tells you which one — and what the realistic options are.
Charging that stops at 50 percent
Usually a thermal management or contactor fault. We log the charge curve over a full session and isolate the temperature sensor or relay involved.
Coolant warnings on a PHEV
Plug-in hybrids run two cooling loops. We test both — engine-side and battery-side — and quote the correct fix for the affected loop only.
Dealer wait times of weeks
For routine 12 V battery, brake fluid, cabin filter or tyre work on an EV, an independent specialist saves you the wait without compromising the data record.
EV and hybrid platforms in our care
Porsche Taycan, Audi e-tron, BMW i4 and i7, Mercedes-Benz EQE and EQS, Jaguar I-Pace, Range Rover P400e and PHEV variants, Lexus RZ and the wider Toyota PHEV range. We also service early Tesla Model S and Model X cars that have aged out of the Tesla service network.
For very recent platforms with closed software ecosystems, we co-ordinate with the marque dealership for any operations that require factory-only access — and handle the rest of the visit at the atelier.
